- Breaking the story into smaller tasks that Developers could take on. Make the tasks clear and actionable.
- Suggesting how the team could swarm on this story to finish it faster or handle risks together.
- Simulating a blocker: Assume one arises (e.g., database error, unclear requirement, missing test data). Show how the team could raise it, discuss it, and work with the Scrum Master to remove it.
- Proposing alternatives if the blocker cannot be resolved immediately.
