These terms cover your use of hksmnow.com, courses delivered through HKSM Courses, and digital books bought from HK School of Management and Technology through these sites. Please read them before registering or buying. By creating an account or buying from us through these sites, you accept the applicable terms.

Your account and purchases

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. Course access is for the named learner; do not share your login. Each product page or checkout describes what is included, the price, any payment schedule, and the access period before you pay. Books are delivered digitally; no printed book is shipped.

Using books and course materials

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the book, take the course, and use included templates and working files in your own work. You may adapt working files for that purpose. You may not resell, publish, share, or redistribute the book, lessons, or supplied materials. A separate team licence or a specific licence supplied with an item governs where applicable.

Money-back guarantees

HKSM Courses: a 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase, provided you have consumed 50% or less of the course, based on the progress recorded by the course platform when you request the refund.

Digital books: a 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase, with no reading or consumption limit. This applies to all digital books bought through hksmnow.com or courses.hksmnow.com.

When a refund is issued, your licence and access to the refunded item end. You must delete all copies of the refunded book or course materials, including associated downloads, templates, bonuses, and backup or cloud copies, and stop using them. Please confirm this when requesting a refund. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.

Other learning platforms

Purchases made at academy.hksmnow.com have their own Academy Terms and Academy Refund Policy; Academy courses have 30 days from purchase with 25% or less consumed. Udemy purchases and refunds are governed and managed by Udemy.

Learning and third-party tools

Our materials are educational. They do not guarantee a job, certification, business result, or any particular outcome. Follow your organisation's safety and approval procedures before applying material to real systems. Third-party services or subscriptions are included only when expressly stated at purchase; otherwise you obtain them separately under the provider's terms.
